COVID-19: Gelato Update

Gelato is a global company with more than 170 team members across the planet. The health of Gelato's clients, employees and partners is our primary concern. In light of global precautions for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), and building upon recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), there will be changes in the way we, and all our partners, operate.

We have local production in 30 different countries and multiple print/delivery partners within each region. We are local in our operations and thus relatively protected from supply chain disruptions. Together with our partners we get realtime information on production and logistics schedules or disruptions and update the promised delivery dates on our platform if needed. For certain regions, you may experience longer than normal production/delivery windows. Like all global companies, we are monitoring the situation closely each day.
