Why can't I log in?

If you are not able to log in there might be several causes. We recommend following this checklist:

  • Ensure that you are trying to login using the correct login pagehttps://gelatoglobe.com/new-app/auth/sign-in. Please note that in some cases, your company might have a customized login page with a dedicated URL.
  • Ensure that you are using the correct credentials, i.e. email and password. In particular, please be sure that the email you are using is associated with an active account.
  • Click on the "Forgot your password?" button in the login page and wait for the password reset email. If you did not receive the password reset email, please check in your spam/junk folder. It's also possible that your account is not activated.
  • If you don't have an active account, please do not try to create a new account as this would not be connected with your organization's account. In order to sign-up you have to accept the invite e-mail or click on the sign-up link you received from your Gelato account admin (i.e. the person in your organization who is responsible for Gelato). If you haven't received an e-mail or link, please contact your account Admin from within your company.
