If the order is still between the mentioned estimated delivery time, please allow until the end of the period and if the rest of the order will not reach you contact us and we will find a solution.
Please note some orders can be split into multiple packages to protect the products during shipping and this is why you have not received all of them even though the tracking says delivered.
