If you are trying to sign up to your company's Gelato account using a URL that was shared within your organization (e.g. on your Intranet) and this doesn't work, please follow these steps:
1. Contact your account admin, i.e. the person responsible for Gelato within your organization. Typically, this is the person you are receiving the invite from.
2. Share this article which contains instructions (below) on what to do to resend an invite

The invite link you generated some time ago might have expired for security reasons. In this case, please generate a new URL and share within your organization using the instructions in this article.
