Gelato now offers the possibility to see the invoices for your order(s) directly in the platform. Invoices are generated in arrears and sent the third week of every month, this means that all orders placed in the month of, for example, January will be billed in February.
By clicking in 'View invoice" you can see a digital preview of your invoice.
In addition, by clicking on the date you will see a short summary of what the invoice contains, including order ID, order date, recipient and amount.
Note: Invoices displayed start from November 2019.
Because of limitations by local governance rules, Brazil, India, China, Chile, Japan and Russia need locally-managed invoicing.
Invoices for shipments produced and shipped within these countries are not yet available in the platform, our team is working on the integration.
