Receiving the shipment 

All our deliveries are sent to the shipping address you select during the ordering process. If our shipping provider is unable to deliver directly to the address the shipment will be held at pickup point and you will be notified to pick up the package. Should the recipient or a contact person not be available to receive and sign for the parcel, you may be contacted by the shipping provider to arrange a second delivery or pickup. Providing a valid local phone number for the recipient during the ordering process is therefore crucial to ensure successful delivery.

If the delivery of a shipment could not be successfully completed by the shipping provider, the shipment will be automatically returned and safely disposed due to confidentiality of the printed materials. Gelato will use all reasonable efforts to minimize the possibility of delivery failures, but shall not have any liability if the delivery failed due to validity of shipping information, or lack of availability or follow up from the recipient to receive the shipment.
