How to place an order with the mobile app?

1. Get started

Simply sign into the app with the email and password associated with your Gelato Globe account.

Note: You need to be a registered user in order to sign in as sign up is not possible via the app.

2. Access any file

  • Access your entire library and add as many items to the cart as you want to.                                                        mceclip1.png                                    
  • Preview your files
  • Edit templates to personalize business cards, sales material, or any other customizable file within your library
  • View the file details

3. Simple check-out

  • Select any of your saved shipping addresses, recipients and billing entities

Note: The app supports multi-item and split ordering therefore for each item, you can select a different quantity and shipping method.        

  mceclip2.pngNote: The cart synchronizes with the web app, so you can add an item to cart on the web and complete the purchase in the app (and vice-versa).

  • Payment process remains the same as via desktop - the app supports payment by invoice, credit card, and payment request - depending on your account settings                                                     

4. Track your order

  • View the status of your order
  • Download a PDF confirmation of the order
  • Track the parcel with the shipping provider
