I have issues with uploading a file via Adobe plugin, what should I do?

We recommend using our Adobe plugin to make the design process easy and efficient. If you receive an error while uploading a file, please first ensure that you selected the correct template. In some cases, the error may be connected to firewall issues. If the issue persists, please take a screenshot of the error message and send to our support team together with the InDesign package.
