I am unable to place an order, what should I do?

If you encounter an issue with placing the order, e.g. the website freezes or one of the buttons is unresponsive, please first try to log out of your account, clear cache and cookies, and then log in again. Another solution is to use a different browser. Please also double-check that the address you are using is correct. 

If neither of the above helps, please take a screenshot of the error and send it to us together with information on the browser you are using
