How can we help?

The image does not override the CMYK profile

It means that the CMYK color profile (used in the file's logo/image) is overriding the current color profile (used in the InDesign document). The logo/image is not changing the color values and is not compatible with the current color profile that is set in InDesign.

The logo file has an embedded color profile which is set to override the InDesign Document color profile automatically.

In order to maintain the same color values as used in the image, you can override the InDesign document CMYK color profile.
