You can download a report of the files present in your Gelato account Library. This report includes only the files that are accessible to you.
Go to your Library, clicking on Download report at the top right corner, this will open a window for you to select a date range and the email you would like to have the report sent to.
The report contains details such as:
Design ID, File name, Folder path, File type, File extension, Product Category, Format, Number of pages, Uploaded date, Created by, Last modified, Last ordered, Times ordered, Quantity ordered, Metadata tags and description.
Tip: Use the date filter to narrow down the content in the report.
