Your Gelato Account Admin is identified by your management to setup the account. The users of the account are mapped by him. This mapping is done according to your organisation structure. Therefore Regular Users like you are going to be grouped as per:
- Functional teams (Marketing, Sales, HR, Admin)
- Geographical / regional office locations
- Business divisions
- Product Marketing teams
The Account Admin has accordingly assigned a Role & a Group to each user.
- The Role or 'Access Control' gives a user the permission for a set of activities related to Library, Ordering, Payment, User Management
- The Group or 'Account Structure' determines which folders/files the user can view or order and what Payment Method, Billing he/she is allowed to use when ordering
When you log in to the Account, go to the tab 'Team' on the left menu options & click 'Users' to see the complete list of account users. Against each name is the Role & Group assigned to that user.
