As an admin for your organization, you can see the subscription plan active for your account by clicking on your initials in the top right corner, then selecting Settings > Subscription.
Some of the features of your plan include:
Admin users: The number of persons you want to assign as Admin for setting up and maintaining Gelato account.
- Account owner: This is the one person ultimately responsible for your account. If necessary, you can change the account owner by selecting another admin.
Billing Entities: The office (corporate or finance entities) to which Gelato can send you the invoices for your orders.
Ability to define roles and permissions: Included for Professional and Enterprise subscriptions, this feature allows to add more customised roles (e.g. Designer, Distributor), create different permissions levels, and control the access level of multiple stakeholders in the account. Basic subscriptions come with 2 standard roles only, Admin and Regular User.
Ability to define groups: Included for Professional and Enterprise subscriptions, this feature allows to create different user groups, assign different payment methods, billing entities or visibility over file folders to different users. Basic subscriptions come with one default user group only.
- Easy business cards ordering: The simple business card ordering flow is a solution that the account admin can enable for all the users in a company for ordering business cards over desktop or any mobile device. For ease of access, the solution does not require users to sign up but works using a URL. This URL can be made public for all your colleagues and shared on your intranet or any other internal communication channels. This is an additional feature available on top of any subscriptions. Branded storefront: Customise your account with your company logo, and set a background image and custom URL for the sign-in page. This is an additional feature available on top of any subscriptions. Contact sales for more information.
