To edit your Account details please select Account by clicking the icon with your initials on the top right corner of the page, then select the Your Account tab to edit the following:
- Name
- Phone number
- Language
- Default currency
- Password
Note: Gelato recommends to have a mobile phone number saved in your account for you to easily track your parcels on your mobile device. It also helps Gelato assist customers in case of delivery issues. Gelato will not use phone numbers for commercial purposes.
Changing Your E-mail address
The email address linked to your profile cannot be changed. If you wish to change or update your login email, you need to be invited again to your company's account with your new email address. Your account Admin can then delete the old email from the Gelato Globe account. Under the Contact us section at the bottom left of your account, you will see who in your company you need to contact for this request. Alternatively, contact our support email for assistance.
