Plugin and Firewalls

In some cases, the plugin will give you an error at upload - for example "Econnrefused" (can be a time out message or the file would just not upload). This could happen due to a Firewall that your company has in place. 

In this case, you can ask your IT department to open the ports for the Gelato Adobe plugin, by sharing the below details:

Notes on domains:
1. Our plugin is using standard web ports: http and https; port 80 and 443.
2. IP addresses are dynamic since we run on AWS EC2 - thus can't share with you.
3. Our domains are fixed:
* We use additional domains (S3 storage) for design previews.
