Track Your Order

Tracking Your Order: All orders ship with a tracking number that can be used to monitor the status of the package in transit. There are two ways to track orders you place on Gelato Globe.  

  1. Desktop: Your tracking number will be available after your order has been printed and a shipping label is created. Tracking link for your order is available in the order details. On the account page, select "Orders" from the left column menu to see the list of order history and select the order you want to check. You can then click the button "Track order" leading to a new browser window showing 'Track order link' and 'tracking number'. Using this tracking information, it is possible to check website of shipping provider to find out status of shipment carrying your order.
  2. Mobile: The recipient of the parcel will receive a tracking link to the phone number that was added during the order process, that is if mobile number is provided at the time of placing the order.
