All orders ship with a tracking number that can be used to monitor the status of the package in transit. There are two ways to track orders you place on Gelato Globe.
Your tracking number will be available after your order has been printed and a shipping label is created. Tracking link for your order is available in the order details page. On the account page, select Orders from the left column menu to see the list of order history and select the order you want to check. You will find the tracking information on the right-hand side.
Using this tracking information, it is possible to check the shipping provider website to find out the status of shipment.
Tip: You can also share the tracking information with other people by using the dedicated button Share tracking info.
The recipient of the parcel will receive a tracking link to the phone number that was added during the order process, if a mobile number is provided at the time of placing the order.
