Viewing Your Order History

You can view your order history by selecting Orders in the left menu column of the page once logged in to Gelato Globe account. In this section you can: 

  • View all orders placed by you (only account admins can view orders placed by all account users)
  • View orders by filtering according to order type, of delivery, product categories, order status, order date
  • Manage current orders
  • Download the receipt from current and past orders
  • Manage reorders
  • Check bulk orders history and status (bulk orders show as a single line like any other order)
  • Manage pending payments
  • View business cards orders coming in from the simplified business cards flow

Note: It is not possible to repeat the order for a business card design from your order history if it was ordered using an original editable template file which has now been deleted from your account Library. This is to ensure brand consistency and control by your organisation account admin.
