How to place an order

Order to One Location

To order your file, hover over the print ready file you want to order and click on the Add to cart icon. The icon is available in both Grid & Table views in the Library. It is also possible to click on the check box next to multiple files and then click Add to cart. Another option is to click on the file and then select the Add to cart button that appears in the upper right corner.

The Add to cart option is shown only when the file is Print ready. For files that are not print ready, please configure format & paper (this is if you have access to upload/configure files). For the files that are editable templates, select the button Customize which will require you to change the editable fields in the file before adding it to cart for ordering.



Once you have added one or more files to the cart, click on the cart icon in top right corner of the page. When the cart items page is displayed, select the country to which you wish to ship the order to & select order quantity against each of the item. Then select Proceed to checkout.


Next step is to choose Shipping Country, Recipient and Shipping Method. After clicking on Continue, you will be asked to select the Payment Method, Billing Entity and Cost center. Note: When you are ordering for your colleagues or team members who don't have access to Gelato Globe account, please inform them that you have placed an order and provided their details as recipient of the order. Also share the shipment tracking link with the recipient in such cases, so they can track and receive shipments on time at the right address



On the Order Review page, selection of file, quantity, shipping and billing related information is shown & can be edited by going back to respective ordering stage. You need to approve 'Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy' before proceeding to Place Order. Once the order is placed you will receive an email with the order confirmation. The details will also be visible under the Order tab. If you want to make any changes, such as canceling or editing the shipping address you can do it before midnight in the country of delivery.


Order Confirmation 

Once an order is completed, it will be visible under the Order tab. You will receive an order confirmation email and a text notification. All the relevant details will be available also on mobile by logging in to your account on When the package has shipped, a confirmation with a tracking link will be sent to your email and a text message will be sent to the phone number registered under the recipient.
